Gates open to the public at 8am (gates open for store holders at 7am)

Bring your gazebo or tent, there's heaps of room to set up your store as the event is restricted to the first 50 store holders, but remember to respect other store holders space. Each site is 3m2, contact us should you need more space, additional fees may apply.

If popular we will run these events on the 3rd Saturday of every month.

HOW TO BECOME A VENDOR

Cost is $25 for hobbyists or private people

Food Vans or Commercial ABN holders $55 incl GST (ABN holders are expected to have their own up to date insurance)

Food venders take note: BTTA reserves the right to be the only seller of coffee and pizza at each event. This is not negotiable.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Access to the sites will be available for store holders from 7.00am – 8.00am on the day, first in best dressed, no sites reserved.
2. All vehicles MUST be parked onsite by 8am

   NO VEHICLES TO MOVE INTO SITE AREAS UNTIL DIRECTED

       3.  ONLY Hobbyist Site Holders to pay an administration fee of $25 applies.

       4.  Food Vendors must send a copy of their Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and insurance to BTTA. Food vendors cost is $55 incl GST.

       5.  All leads and electrical equipment should be tagged, tested and current. Under Council’s direction inspections will be carried out by Electrical Contractors.  If any equipment found untagged this will then be tested & tagged at the site holder’s expense.

       6.  WORK HEALTH & SAFETY RULES and REGULATIONS MUST BE ADHERED TO.

       7.  NO raffles or games of chance are permitted.

       8.  NO refunds

       9. Each site holder will be entitled to bring in 1 vehicle.

       10.  ALL SITES MUST BE CLEARED AND VACATED between 12pm and 1pm. No dumping of unwanted items, you must take away what you don't sell.

       11. Respect for BTTA staff must be shown at all times, all decisions made by BTTA staff are final. Constructive suggestions by email and very welcome.
