Minimum $50 deposit required (non refundable; However, you can change to another date once only with the condition of 48 hrs notice must be provided).

•  Destructive behavior or abuse of equipment for any reason other than its intended use will not be tolerated 
• 10 partygoers are the minimum requirement for a party bookings. Maximum numbers are 24 for each party room. IF YOUR PARTY FAILS TO MEET THE MINIMUM BOOKING NUMBER YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF 10 PARTY GOERS, BTTA HAS ROSTERED STAFF TO MEET YOUR REQUIRMENTS, STAFF CAN NOT BE CANCELLED AT THE LAST MINUTE. 
• Please try and advise of any party needs 48hrs before booking.
• Food and drink from outside the venue is prohibited 
• Party catering is available at the café and must be pre-ordered 48 hours prior to booking. Additional refreshments can be purchased from the café individually. 
• Food and drinks must be consumed in the designated party area. 

ADDITIONAL FEES CHARGED:

• We take cleaning seriously so please note that strict adherence to party rooms booking times is the only way our team can hygienically clean and prepare rooms for following bookings. 
• Strict adherence of your booking time is essential. If you do not vacate the party room at the designated finish time of your booking you will be charge $40 per hour.
• Clean-up is provided by BTTA staff. However If staff deems that an excessive amount of clean-up is needed, you may be charged an additional fee for the extra clean-up time incurred.

PAYMENT:

• You will be charged the due balance at the end of the party on the day. All charges will be reflected on a final bill which you will be shown, you will be required to pay the balance immediately. All prices include G.S.T. 
• Bill splitting is not permitted under any circumstances, if your the host your responsible for the final payment on the day in full.  

SCHOOLS:

• BTTA will not issue invoices, Schools that book and required to pay the full amount on the day of the event or before. Be aware "No Pay, No Play" no exceptions.
• Schools attending BTTA must be on time, a standard school booking lasts only 2 hours. Booking times are from 10am till 12 noon and 12:30pm till 2:30pm
• BTTA requires schools to adhere to strictly to booking times to avoid over loading of the venue.
• Schools must never take for granted that a booking is strictly private, It is at the discretion of BTTA management to combine bookings with other schools with students of similar ages if a request is made. BTTA is a small business that can not turn away bookings. If your school requires an exclusive booking there will be additional fees.  

Please note: Back to the Arcade reserves the right to refuse bookings, particularly for any 18 and 21 birthday parties. Our venue is a family environment, as such we have a zero tolerance approach to anti-social behavior of any kind.  

Special note - our party room is on the second floor, accessible only by stairs: not wheelchair accessible.  

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT • All participants in Back to the Arcade Laser Tag need to acknowledge and agree to play, prior to participating in the games. Children under the age of 18 must have their parent/guardian’s consent before participating. 

We suggest sending / distributing PARTY INVITATIONS to each of the attendees in order to acknowledge their participation in the activity of Laser Tag.  Sturdy footwear needs to be worn. No bare feet, Crocs or flip-flops.  

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY As party host, it is your responsibility to ensure: All players are fit to play a physical game. All attendees under 18 have parents/guardians permission. 

PARTICIPANTS RESPONSIBILITIES Each participant agrees to the following terms: • Skylarking and other foolish or dangerous behaviour is not permitted. • Any behaviour likely to cause injury to themselves or others is not permitted. • Any participant who refuses direction, or instructions from staff may be asked Not to Participate. 

ALCOHOL: ANY PLAYER (including parents) WHO EXHIBITS ANY SIGN OF INTOXICATION WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LASER TAG ACTIVITY. AT BACK TO THE ARCADES DISCRETION, we may at any time ask the ORGANISER to remove any player(s) from the playing area. If necessary, all play will be suspended until the player(s) are removed.
